Wesley Hugh Jones, 49, of Sumter Street passed away Monday, July 12, 2021, at his home.

Born in Clinton, he was a son of June Loftis Jones of Laurens and the late Jackie Carroll Jones. A member of Northside Baptist Church, Wesley was a good-hearted person who was always willing to help anyone. He loved animals and was an avid fisherman.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by daughters, Julia Jones and Olivia Jones and a brother, Mike Jones.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
