Tim BarberTim L. Barber, age 61, of 220 Loretta Lane, and husband of Delores Ann Vinson Barber, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019, at his home.Born in Union, he was a son of Grace Parks Barber and the late Herbert Lee Barber. Tim was a retired mechanic and a member of Waterloo Baptist Church.Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are two daughters, Kayce Watts and husband Jonathan of Greenwood, Leigh Ann Edgins and husband Billy of Newberry; one son, Bradley Barber and fiancÃ© Kaitlin Burgess of Laurens; one brother, Perry Barber and wife Jackie of Union; two sisters, Lisa Lancaster and husband Ned of Union, and Amanda Cole of Spartanburg; and two grandchildren, Sawyer Edgins and Madilyn Barber.Memorial services will be held at 6:00 pm on Monday, June 3, 3019, at The Kennedy Mortuary Chapel conducted by Rev. Lynn Ford.The family will be at the residence and will receive friends at The Kennedy Mortuary from 5:00-6:00 pm, prior to the service on Monday.Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or to Regency Southerncare Hospice.Condolences may be expressed online at www.thekennedymortuary.com. My heartfelt sympathies are with you Delores and all of his family. I always loved him and I know he has always loved you and his children and grandchildren.He would always light up when he talked about them. Aunt Grace you will always know how we felt about Tim. We have some great memories of him making us smile even when he was'nt trying or wanting to. He will be missed because he touched so many lives. Praying for peace and comfort to you all. Cathy

I was sorry to read about Tim passing. He was a good man. I enjoyed our time at Waterloo Baptist, he was always willing to help in any way. He once told me that, me and him couldn't sing, but God put us there for other reasons. Joyce and I will be praying for you.

Many years ago as young boys camping out walking to a filling station for drinks Tim's Dad worked at Union mill n caught us about 3.oo am needless to say Tim said Herbs gonna kill me i will always remember n when myself n Tim helping Herb do Santa had to test run Perry s bike n flattened a tire bad day loved Tim like a Bro Rest in Peace my friend love you bro get us a good spot to fish in Heaven

I remember taking pictures the day yo two were married! The two of you were so happy! Through children and grandchildren the,two of you endured! You loved each other ALWAYS! Love you both!
