Ted Christenburg

Ted Mack Christenburg, Sr., 55, of 352 Our Dirt Road and husband of Bonnie Sue Waller Christenburg passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018, at his home.Born in Dillon, he was a son of the late Gene Christenburg and Willie Mae Caulder Christenburg. Mr. Christenburg was employed with MPF in Gray Court. Ted loved his family, deeply cared for others in need, and always willing to give a helping hand.Surviving in addition to his wife are: children, Charlotte Hayes of Dillon, Ted Mack Christenburg, Jr. of Dillon, Jessica Christenburg of Dillon, Michael Tehonica of Laurens, and Matt Tehonica and wife Lindsay of Gainesville, GA; brother, Tony Christenburg of Rock Hill; sisters, Jean Gail Posey of Gray Court, Charlene Watson of Dillon, Janice Karnap and husband Roy of Rock Hill, and Beverly Caulder Cobb of Gray Court; a step-mother, Florine Christenburg of Dillon; eighteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 21, 2018, at The Kennedy Mortuary Chapel conducted by Chaplain Dwight Wagner. The family will receive friends at Kennedy Mortuary one hour prior to the service.The family will be at their respective homes.
