Shirley Tollison

Shirley Tollison, age 90, of Hanson Circle, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at Hospice of Laurens County Hospice House.Born in Laurens, she was the daughter of the late Ernest L. and Nell Bass Tollison. Shirley retired from GE in Laurens and was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. Surviving are her brother, Gene Tollison of Laurens; Lance Darnell and family whom was like a son to her; and numerous loving nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, June 7, 2019, at The Kennedy Mortuary Chapel conducted by Dr. Greg Hellams.The family will be at the home of her brother, Gene Tollison, and will receive friends at The Kennedy Mortuary immediately following the memorial service on Friday.Memorials may be made to Hospice of Laurens County, PO Box 178, Clinton, SC 29325.Condolences may be expressed online at www.thekennedymortuary.com.
