Elizabeth "Pearl" Thompson GreenLaurensElizabeth "Pearl" Thompson Green, 94, of 465 Setzler Road and wife of the late Lewis Alvin Green passed away Monday, November 27, 2017, at her home.Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late Willie L. and Marie Nelson Thompson. Mrs. Green was retired from Torrington. Affectionately known as Granny, she loved to crochet, cook, drink coffee and tell a good story.Surviving are her grandchildren, Jennifer Michelle Tucker Avila and husband Rigoberto and Eugene "Chip" Tucker, II and wife Amanda; great grandchildren, Alexus Tucker, Brayden Tucker, Bianca Avila, O'Dalis Avila and Savanna Avila; and a sister, Alice Mattison.In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a daughter, Susan Camille Green Tucker and eight siblings.Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, November 30, 2017, at The Kennedy Mortuary Chapel conducted by Rev.
