Kenny NaborsKenneth Lee "Kenny" NaborsGray CourtKenneth Lee "Kenny" Nabors, age 59, of 3058 Hellams Road, and husband of Mary Louise "Angel" Padgett Nabors, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017, at his home.Born in Fountain Inn, he was a son of Thomas Harold Nabors and step-son of Martha Nabors; and of the late Dora Woods Roberts. Kenneth was employed with Cryovac for 38 years and was a member of Dials United Methodist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing.Surviving in addition to his wife, father, and step-mother are a son, Benjamin Ray Nabors of Pelzer; beloved cousin, Betty Stewart and husband Bobby of Laurens, and step-sisters, Shanda Owens and Susan Whitworth.In addition to his mother, Kenneth was predeceased by a brother, James Nabors; a sister, Linda Nabors, and a step-sister, Cindy Garrett.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at Dials United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Forest Mixon with burial following in the church cemetery.The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at The Kennedy Mortuary from 6:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dials United Methodist Church, 11828 Hwy 101 South, Gray Court, SC 29645, New Hope Baptist Church, 509 South Main Street, Mauldin, SC 29662, or Greenville Cancer Institute, 65 International Drive, Greenville, SC 29615.Condolences may be expressed online at www.thekennedymortuary.com. Knew Kenny all my life, we had a lot of great times growing up. Learned a lot about hunting rabbit, quail and dove with him. But nothing tops the memories of him in the church. Thanks Kenny. Praying for the family.

Only knew Ken about 5 years but he and I became close friends,we had some great times together at the lake.I really am going to miss my dear friend,but I know he is in heaven today.RIP
