I had the honor of taking care of Jimmy's father, while working for DHEC Home Health many years ago. Fine family, loved his mother, and she loved Jimmy so much. They were also my grandparents neighbors for many years at Watts Mill Village and worked in the mill together. Many prayers for the family. May GOD bless you.Sincerest sympathy,Donnis Quinn

As a staff officer in Germany, Lt Col Spencer was my immediate supervisor for several years. He was always hard working, friendly, cheerful and immensely supportive. Much to the dismay of us jet fighter types, he was always ready to regale us with B-52 war stories. I sure wish I could hear one of those stories again. He will be missed.
