Floree Tollison WilsonLaurensFloree Tollison Wilson, age 98, of 207 Meadow Road, and widow of Palmer Leroy "PL" Wilson, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at Hospice of Laurens County Hospice House.Born in Laurens County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas T. and Sara Davenport Tollison. A loving mother and grandmother, Floree retired from Riegel Textiles in Ware Shoals and was a member of Second Baptist Church. Surviving are her grandchildren, Eddie Wilson, and Billy Wilson and wife Shannon, both of Laurens, great-grandchildren, Sandon Wilson, Ashton Wilson, MaKenzee Wilson, Morgan Wilson, and Madison Wilson; daughter-in-law, Kathy Wilson of Laurens; nieces, Juanita Tollison of Greenville, Julie Aiken of Laurens, and Mary Lynn Tollison of Summerville; former granddaughter-in-law, Deborah Wilson; and special friends, Edna Smoak, and Helen Hall. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Wilson was predeceased by her son, Eddie Wayne Wilson.Private graveside services will be held on Friday, March 15, 2019, at Westview Memorial Park conducted by Rev. JD Shiflet and Rev. Dan Compton.The family will be at the home of Billy and Shannon Wilson, 101 Lemon Tree Trail, Laurens.
