Edward Junior "Eddie" HurleyLaurensEdward Junior "Eddie" Hurley, 71, of 2279 Ekom Beach Road and husband of Betty Anderson Hurley, passed away Saturday, August 5, 2017, at his home.Born in Hurley, VA, he was a son of the late Harry and Maggie Estep Hurley. Mr. Hurley was retired from Timken.Surviving in addition to his wife, are his children: James Hurley of Mountville, Janice Price of Laurens, Lamar Hurley and wife Tina of Laurens, Sharon Cobb and husband Bill of Ware Shoals, Bill Willard and wife Rachel of Ware Shoals and Beth Greene of Mauldin; brothers, Donnie Hurley and wife Frances of Cold Point, Jack Hurley and wife Dianne of Laurens and Paul Hurley of West Columbia; sisters, Linda Jackson and husband Earl of Pineville, KY, Bonnie Brock and husband Eric of Whitmire, Pamela H. Diffenderfer and husband William of Cowpens and Ruth Stone of Laurens; close friends, Preston and Lucy Foxworth of Laurens; sixteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by four siblings.Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at Forest Lawn Cemetery conducted by Rev. Preston Foxworth.The family will be at the home and will also receive friends at the cemetery immediately following the graveside service.Memorials may be made to Hospice of Laurens County, P.O.
