I remember sitting around the kitchen table with Doris, Glenda, and other friends. Some of my best memories. What a kind and fun lady.

Johnny, Ronald, Glenda and Brenda. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother and our Aunt Doris. In my early childhood days in Laurens, I can remember Aunt Doris coming by our house on Douglas Street to have lunch. Of course, my mother has shared many stories of Aunt Doris' kindness to her when she was growing up in Hickory Tavern. May God Bless You.

Keeping your family in my prayers. Mrs. Doris was always so thoughtful toward others. Her kindness to my mom and dad meant so much!
