Born in South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Corrine Butler Rumfelt. She was an Army Wife and a homemaker. Surviving are her daughter, Barbara Seay and boyfriend Eddie Williams of Petersburg, VA; two brothers, James Rumfelt and Richard Rumfelt, both of Laurens, SC; four grandchildren, Daniel, Denice, Angela, and Russell; and her loving poodle, Tangerine. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her son, Johnny Lester Seay. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Thursday, July 29, 2010, at The Kennedy Mortuary Chapel with burial following in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at The Kennedy Mortuary from 7:00-8:30 pm Wednesday, July 28, 2010 and will be at the home of Dot Owens, 476 Owens Dr., Laurens.
